Between potty training her first son and giving birth to her second, Melissa Joan Hart has had a busy year as a mom.

“It’s a constant workout,” the ex-Sabrina, the Teenage Witch star tells PEOPLE of taking care of her sons Mason, 3, and Braydon, 8 months.

That’s why she’s been able to stay post-pregnancy fit, she says.

“You don’t have time to eat because you’re chasing them all the time!” she said Friday at the Jonas Brothers launch of 77 Kids by American Eagle in Los Angeles. “You kind of lift them in the car seat, out of the car seat, in the highchair, out of the highchair.”

Asia stocks slip with focus on grim outlook

17 11 2008

HONG KONG (Reuters) – Asian stocks slipped on Monday in choppy trade, despite some buying of Japanese shares by long-term investors, on expectations corporate results will reflect deteriorating economic conditions until at least the second half of 2009.

Major European stock markets were expected to open as much as 1 percent lower, according financial bookmakers, while U.S. stock market futures were slightly higher after a sharp sell-off on Friday.

Oil prices dipped to within striking distance of last week’s 22-month low after policymakers from both emerging and developed economies who met in Washington chose to leave individual governments to tend their own backyards and did not propose a global response.

Quantum of Solace, the latest James Bond film, has cracked an opening day record for the franchise, taking in $27 million US in North America on Friday.

That breaks the $16.6 million raked in by 2002’s Die Another Day, according to Rentrak Theatrical.

Starring Daniel Craig, who again takes on the role of the super-agent, Quantum of Solace was co-written by Canadian Paul Haggis and directed by Marc Forster.

Quantum, which had its world premiere in London on Oct. 29, has already cleared $200 million US outside of North America over the past two weeks.

It also smashed a British box office record for one-day sales, raking in $9.6 million on its opening day back on Oct. 31.
